How to Make Natural Herbal Colorants for Cold Process Soap

I was running low on my natural soap colorants, so I needed to make more of my favorites, Alkanet root for purple, Annatto for yellow to orange to orangey red, Tumeric for a beautiful array of yellows, golds & oranges, from: dark golden yellow to orange, and Paprika for a nice pinky, orangy, coral.
