The Indian diaspora and guests celebrated India’s 80th Independence Day at Navnat Centre on the 22nd August 2026. His Excellency the High Commissioner of India to UK, P Kumaran joined other dignitaries in the celebrations. The celebrations showcased India’s rich diversity through cultural performances, regional cuisines, handicrafts and heritage. Free entry with free food and drinks. The Goan Association UK proudly represented The State of Goa with a Stall in celebrating its shared Heritage, Culture and Unity.
