My Magician Alpha Mini Keeps Shutting Off — Troubleshooting & Diagnosis

My Magician Alpha Mini began randomly shutting off while riding, and the rear battery would occasionally disappear from the display. In this video, I troubleshoot the problem and try to determine whether the issue is being caused by the battery, controller, wiring, or something else. I repeatedly test the bike on the same hill where the problem originally occurred, remove the suspected rear battery, and then swap in the rear battery from our second Alpha Mini for comparison. I left the testing completely uncut so you can see exactly what happened—and by the end, I was able to isolate the problem.
