Opening up about things I couldn’t talk about, for the first time

There are so many things that I haven’t told anyone. Not even to my closest friends or family. This is one of those things. This is just to get it off my chest. It’s the shame that comes with the experience that’s preventing me to even talk about it. Now, I have learned from the experience and have moved on from it, I finally found peace. I’m sharing this because I believe that people who went through the same thing will find comfort knowing that they’re not alone.
