Trumpeter HMS York Part 1

This is the start of my new model kit build, the 1/350 scale HMS York by Trumpeter. The HMS York was a sister ship to the HMS Exeter, and they were both heavy cruisers in their day. I built the Exeter a few years back, and wanted to make the York to display along side her. This will be a series of videos as building this kit will be a long process, and I will probably work on other kits at the same time. I have a wooden deck to lay down, and there is some photo etch that comes with the kit. I hope my old fingers, and eyes will not give me too much trouble as I put together this nice looking ship kit from Trumpeter! I hope you like it.
