[Mental Omega] Allied Mission 5 - Bad Apple (Mental, Elite Mod)

[Description] This is a Mental Omega mod that introduces a few vanilla-style units alongside a massive roster of new elite units. To prevent them from being overpowered, the newly added units have been carefully balanced through detailed DPS calculations. They come with high deployment costs, and rather than having straightforward stat buffs, they are uniquely designed so that their true potential can only be unlocked through the player's micro-control. Also, the elite units are balanced to feature promotion bonuses and stat growth rates similar to those found in vanilla RA2.
