AT&S Competence Center for R&D and IC Substrate Production: Official Opening

On June 03, 2025, we officially inaugurated our new Competence Center for R&D and IC Substrate Production with a opening ceremony at our headquarters in Leoben-Hinterberg. After three years of construction, an investment of more than €500 million, and in addition to the IC substrate production sites in Malaysia and China, the opening of HTB3 completes our global research and production triangle for advanced IC substrates. With HTB3, Europe now has its own capacities for research and production of IC substrates for the first time.
