Pasta Grannies enjoys 96 year old Feni's escarole pizza pie!

96 year old Feni lives on the island of Procida near Naples. I think the steep flight of stairs to her home are one of the keys to her longevity! She lives on her own, and still cooks something every day. And this is her version of pizza escarole; it's special, as is she. I will be making this pie during the holidays.
