An ordinary day for me working in Sao Tomé and Principe. I am at Agostinho Neto plantation, preparing for the disc golf course and make agreement to rent a flat. I also talk to a welder making disc golf baskets. I went to Sao Tomé and Principe in Africa to introduce disc golf. I put up videos about the country and my disc golf efforts here.
