“A Night in Tunisia” is one of the most legendary jazz standards, composed by Dizzy Gillespie in 1942. Fusing Afro-Cuban rhythms with bebop lines, it became a revolutionary piece for its time and a staple of modern jazz performance. In this electric jazz reinterpretation, Alessandro Bertozzi reimagines the iconic theme with bold saxophone lines, rich harmonies and contemporary groove. This live performance closes the Electric Jam Session project with energy, imagination, and deep respect for the jazz tradition.
