My New Friend in Orange Walk, Belize

I met 87 year old Lazarus Garcia in front of Western Dairies Pizza in Orange Walk Town. He sits there every day, hoping to collect a little money to survive. I gave him some money and told him I would drive past that location every time I go to Orange Walk Town and visit him and give him some money.
