Sweethearts Of Yesterday ( BBC Dance Orchestra - 1934 ) Sonorophone Gramophone .

Here’s an extremely rare gramophone just acquired for the emporium. It’s a Sonorophone portable dating from the early nineteen fifties & is fitted with a Garrard No 20 motor & a Goldring soundbox ( badged as a Fitzroy ). The record playing is “Sweethearts Of Yesterday” by The BBC Dance Orchestra led by Henry Hall in 1934 .
