Discover the PMI Level 5 Experienced Pensions Professional Certificate (EPPC) and how experienced pensions administrators can gain recognition for their knowledge and skills through workplace evidence.
In this webinar, Factito and the Pensions Management Institute explain how the qualification works, what learners need to produce and how employers can support delivery.
We cover:
• The qualification structure: 7 core units, 3 optional units and 1 specialist unit
• Choosing units that reflect your role and experience
• The learner journey and expected 12-month completion period
• Building a portfolio using evidence from your day-to-day work
• Understanding assessment criteria, evidence templates and learner guides
• The professional discussion requirement
• Using Aptem to organise, submit and track evidence
• Factito’s full assessment and moderation route, and the employer-assessed moderation-only route
• Fees, employer responsibilities and indicative time commitments
EPPC is assessed through a portfolio, with no examinations. This recording is suitable for prospective learners, pensions administration teams, and employers exploring professional development opportunities.
Aptem access is included in Factito’s full assessment and moderation route. It is not included in moderation-only delivery; optional access for employer-assessed cohorts can be discussed separately.
Registration opens on 5 October 2026.
