Kristoffer Helle - Marillion - Cover My Eyes - Bass

Here’s another one from Marillion’s 1991 album Holidays in Eden. Some of the hardcore Marillion fans doesn’t like this song, they think it’s too much of a pop single but I like it and I consider myself a huge Marillion fan. I try to play as much as I can like the original bass player Pete Trewavas but it’s hard for me to do. He really has his own style of playing. He is really good at mixing it up and sometimes it’s hard to emended where for a guy like me. Singer Steve Hogarth does an amazing job with the vocals on this one. His contribution is what makes this song so good.
