Bushcraft kuksa wood carving hand tools, Silky Saw, knife

In this episode, I try my hand at carving a traditional Kuksa (Guksi) which is a type of wooden drinking cup crafted by the Sami people of northern Scandinavia, usually from birch burl. Originally a kuksa (or Guksi) were used as a personal drinking cup, which is my intended purpose. I'm certainly no kuksa carving expert, but I contour a large piece of cedar wood to a rough shape using my Silky Gomboy 270, then form it using a couple of knives.
