Pokémon Scarlet VGC: Attempt 14... (or something)

In this self-made romhack, all gym leaders (and major trainers) have full teams of 6, all at level 100, have held items, competitive movesets, and... oh yeah... they're all double battles too. This will fix the issue of Pokémon Scarlet not being open world because every gym leader now have the same caliber of teams and competitive VGC style teams. The challenge is that I'll be spinning a wheel, and chat will be deciding who I go up against! It is open world... so anything can happen. Also, I cannot use the same Pokémon twice throughout the playthrough.
