Dan Smith Boogie Woogie & Peter Green Tribute - Live Sunday Blues Jam

A raw, rollicking blues set that slips from barroom boogie to heartfelt homage in minutes. This live session packs swagger, soul, and a surprise salute to a legend. From a gritty opener about what we see vs. what we feel, the band slides into a boogie that lights up the room. Dan Smith tears into the keys with a nod to Pinetop’s classic groove, the crowd gets a cheeky Sunday-at-B&Q riff, and then the tone shifts. A heartfelt introduction to George Pearson leads into a tasteful Peter Green tribute that lands like a quiet thunderclap. Along the way, “Nine Below Zero” bites, “Love at First Sight” smolders, and a tune he calls “The Freeze Bird” keeps the blue flame burning. If you love live blues guitar, boogie woogie piano, and the stories musicians tell between the notes, this one’s for you. Settle in for tone, touch, and a room that breathes with every chorus. Watch to catch the moments we hint at but never spell out — they’re the ones you’ll remember. #Blues #BoogieWoogie #PeterGreen #LiveMusic #BluesGuitar #PianoBlues #JamSession
