In this video I have shown how to make parotta and chicken salna. Parotta and chicken salna are popular street food in south India. There are road side shops that sell parotta and salna only. This is a great combination and a comfort food. It is prepared by kneading maida flour, egg,oil or ghee and water. The dough is beaten into thin layers and later forming a round spiralled into a ball using these thin layers. The ball is rolled flat and pan fried.
