🚨 Chawla Case: Baltej Pannu Demands Answers from SGPC & Jathehdar Gargajj !

AAP Punjab Media In-charge Baltej Pannu has raised a series of questions over the Amarjit Singh Chawla case and the functioning of the SGPC, while also questioning the response of senior Shiromani Akali Dal leaders. The controversy relates to an FIR registered following a complaint by a Bahrain-based woman against former SGPC member Amarjit Singh Chawla. The FIR includes allegations of rape, wrongful confinement and criminal intimidation. Chawla has denied the allegations and described them as false and fabricated. During his media interaction, Baltej Pannu questioned how the woman was able to stay for several months at an SGPC-run sarai in Sri Anandpur Sahib. He asked who arranged her accommodation, transport and other facilities, and who paid the related expenses. Pannu also questioned why SAD president Sukhbir Singh Badal and other senior leaders had not publicly addressed these questions. He sought answers from SGPC President Harjinder Singh Dhami regarding what action was taken after the matter came to his attention. The SGPC has since constituted a four-member committee to investigate the matter and asked it to submit its report within 15 days.
