🌸 What's WRONG With My African Violet? Crown Rot, Mites or Something Else?

Something is WRONG with my African Violet! 🌸 Just one week after bringing home my beautiful AV Faberge, I've discovered some worrying damage around its crown. Could it be crown rot, root rot, cyclamen mites, thrips, fertiliser burn or something else entirely?
