Nightcore - 2AM RUNAWAY

Sneakers on the pavement, Neon on my face. Heartbeat getting faster, I don't wanna slow the pace. Phone keeps vibrating, I don't care who's calling me. Tonight the city never sleeps, And neither do I wanna be. Three, two, one— We're gone. No looking back, Keep moving on. Runaway, runaway, Take me somewhere far away. Lights are burning through the dark, Like a fire inside my heart. Runaway, runaway, We don't need another day. If tomorrow wants to wait, Let it wait, let it wait. Faster, faster! Higher, higher! Turn the whole night into fire! Faster, faster! Higher, higher! Take me somewhere even brighter! Run, run, run— Don't stop now! Run, run, run— We don't need to know how! Streetlights blur together, Like a movie passing by. Laughing at the stupid things, Underneath the midnight sky. Maybe we're ridiculous, Maybe that's the point. Life is way too short tonight To stand here making choices. Five, four, three— Feel the beat. Two, one— Move your feet. Runaway, runaway, Take me somewhere far away. Lights are burning through the dark, Like a fire inside my heart. Runaway, runaway, We don't need another day. If tomorrow wants to wait, Let it wait, let it wait. Faster, faster! Higher, higher! We're electric, we're alive! Faster, faster! Higher, higher! Leave the darkness far behind! Run, run, run— Through the night! Run, run, run— Don't stop the fight!
