Our B&B Fire Risk Assessment 😬 | What We've Been Told We MUST Change!

🔥 We've had our Fire Safety Risk Assessment at the B&B... and I'll admit, it's always a little nerve-racking! There is so much that goes on behind the scenes when you run a guest house that guests understandably never really see, and fire safety is one of the most important parts. In today's vlog, I'm taking you behind the scenes following our recent Fire Safety Risk Assessment. We've been given a list of things that need to be completed within certain timescales, so I'm starting with putting up some additional fire safety signage around the B&B. Now, I'll be honest... I'm not particularly happy about having even MORE signs everywhere! 😩 I personally don't feel we need quite so many, but if they have to go up, they have to go up — and of course, keeping our guests safe is what matters most. ❤️ I'll show you where the new signs are going, talk you through some of the other things we've been asked to change or complete, and I'll also show you our fire alarm system and explain how it all works. Running a B&B isn't just breakfasts, making beds and welcoming lovely guests! There are regulations, inspections, paperwork and plenty of things happening behind the scenes to make sure everything is safe and compliant. So come along with me as we tackle the latest jobs following our fire inspection — and find out exactly what we've been told we need to change! 🔥😬 If you enjoy seeing the real behind-the-scenes side of running a guest house, please give the video a thumbs up 👍, subscribe if you're new, and let me know in the comments if you'd like to see more videos about what actually goes into running a B&B. Thank you so much for watching and supporting my channel. ❤️ Jo xx #RunningABnB #BedAndBreakfast #GuestHouseLife #FireSafety #FireRiskAssessment #FireInspection #BehindTheScenes #HospitalityLife #SmallBusinessUK #BAndBOwner #GuestHouse #Skegness #HomeVlog #JoJosHomemakerLifestyle SIMPLETASTE 4-in-1 Automatic Electric Milk Frother https://amzn.to/3R6A3Te Catwalk Collection Handbags https://amzn.to/3QcpWM2 GLUG! 100% Lychee Fruit Juice, Healthy Juice Drink With No Added Sugar https://amzn.to/49N0Jyi HG Mould Spray https://amzn.to/4be5Iba Bartoline Stain Blocker Spray 400ml Matt Finish Blocks Mould https://amzn.to/4sDQX8G Gel Food Colouring - 26 Colours Vibrant Gel Food Colouring Set for Baking https://amzn.to/4i8Ix4o 3D Full Flower Empire Cake Silicone Embossing Mat Fondant Impression Textured Lace Cakke Mat https. https://amzn.to/3DpSmv8 BAGAIL Packing Cubes for Suitcase 8 Set, Lightweight Luggage Packing Organizers Packing Cubes for Travel Accessories https://amzn.to/48xDma6 Lamicall Waterproof Phone Pouch Case - [2 Pack] https://amzn.to/4fcjBr7 Portable Selfie Stick Handheld Vlogging Holder Mount for 60-85mm Width iPhone Samsung Tracfone Android https://amzn.to/3NUbHGW My Bosch Tassimo coffee machine https://amzn.to/46T7vjl Coffee pod holder https://amzn.to/3X3e3IS Reusable Tassimo Coffee Pod https://amzn.to/4fBMs8S Shark Cordless Stick Vacuum Cleaner with Anti Hair Wrap https://amzn.to/4dKSylv CUESVAP Oil Spray Bottle, 100ml https://amzn.to/4fQ7wIY DIY Doctor High Pressure Shower Head, 5 Adjustable Spray Modes - Chrome Finish - Universal Fitting https://amzn.to/46R8j8g Shower Hose https://amzn.to/3YSszob Checkout our guest house in Skegness for upto date deals at http://www.thephilmar.co.uk Start shopping below on Amazon.
