Can I Figure Out Why This Jaguar XJS V12 Quits After 15 Minutes of Running?

This 1988 Jaguar XJS V12 has been to several shops however the issue hasn't been fixed. After about 15 minutes of running from cold the car quits. You can't restart it at all. If you let it sit for 1-2 hours it will start again for about 15 minutes. Can I figure out why this Jaguar XJS V12 quits after just 15 minutes of running?
