Melt the butter and let it cool. Beat the eggs and sugar for 4–5 minutes, until light and fluffy. Add the melted butter and milk. Mix gently. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder and salt. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix just until combined. Do not overmix. Fill each cupcake liner about ¼ full with batter. Place one small piece of chocolate in the center of each cupcake. Cover the chocolate completely with more batter. Fill the liners to about ⅔ full. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted next to the chocolate comes out without wet batter. Let the cupcakes cool in the pan for 5–7 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack and cool completely. Coffee Cream Mix the Jacobs Cappuccino with 1–1½ teaspoons of hot milk to make a thick coffee paste. Let it cool completely. Mix the cream cheese with the powdered sugar. Add the cooled coffee mixture and mix until smooth. Chill the cream for 20–30 minutes. Pipe the coffee cream onto the completely cooled cupcakes. Tip: Decorate the cupcakes with a little grated chocolate or a small piece of chocolate on top.
