Running The Very Friendly Swaffham parkrun 5K

On 6 September 2025 we ran Swaffham parkrun in Norfolk on our way to Norwich to take part in the Run Norwich 10K event. This was a delightful and friendly little parkrun with small numbers of participants (66 walkers and runners this particular week). This is a 3-lapped course solely on grass (apologies, as I incorrectly state at the start of the video that it's 2 laps).
