They Buried Her Parents in the Garden — Then Stayed in the House for Years

#Wycherley #truecrimestories #ukcrime A Christmas card signed "Mum and Dad" arrived in December 2012, fourteen years after Patricia and William Wycherley were shot dead in their own home in Forest Town, Mansfield, by their daughter Susan and her husband Christopher Edwards. The video follows the full paper trail: the metre-deep grave under the back lawn, the redirected post, the pensions and savings quietly drained for fifteen years, the forged cards and letters sent in a dead woman's handwriting, and the relatives and doctors and pension offices who never had a reason to look twice. You will walk away knowing how a Nottinghamshire couple kept two murders hidden in plain sight until the money ran out and one relative finally called the police in 2013. It ends with the trial, the life sentences, and the stubborn question the case leaves open: who is checking on the elderly people no one is allowed to see.
