We Climbed Weissmies the Hard Way - Unguided, Just the Two of Us

The normal route gets you to the summit, but the mountain's true character is revealed on the ridge. After getting a bad weather forecast on Mont Blanc, we decided to change our plans and head to Weissmies. I climbed this mountain before via its South-East ridge, but never descended on the glacier side. This is a beautiful tour, with fantastic views from Dom and Alphubel to Lagginhorn. All-round an amazing experience.
