In 1991, The Ukrainian Bandurist Chorus of North America embarked on a historic tour of Ukraine at the cusp of its renewal of independence. Conducted by Volodymyr Kolesnyk, The UBC performed 15 concerts in 13 cities, in the span of 18 days. The ensemble performed their last concert in the city of Lviv at the famous Lviv Opera House. This concert was a culmination of the chorus's triumphant return to their motherland - Ukraine!
