Learning a Spinning Back Kick from Black Belt Sensei Seth

After sharing Chessboxing with 4th degree black belt ‪@SenseiSeth‬, he showed me his signature spinning back kick. I'm on a quest to fulfill a childhood dream of earning a black belt, and spinning kicks were holding me back. Huge thanks to Seth for the collaboration and instruction! The series "Back to Black Belt" will begin in January. If you want to track the lessons, challenges, and progress from white belt to black belt with me, drop a sub and let me know you're excited about it in the comments!
