Racoon Damaged 1981 Honda CM400, $150 Swap Meet Deal, Old Start!

Bought this 1981 Honda CM400A, Hondamatic transmission equiped motorcycle at the Rhinebeck Car Show Swap Meet for $150 a couple of weekends ago. It is time to see if it has any life left, time for a cold start, old start. Surprisingly, it started fairly easily considering the amount of time it sat unused in a garage, Unfortunately, the carburetor floats appear to be stuck, so, it will start and run on starting fluid.
