These are the quickest ways I can think of for hopping between each skill, from hill giants to Obor to telegrabbing to superheating. Takes advantage of ferox run restores and canoe / chronicle travel. I also included refilling strength pots while at Obor. This also takes advantage of the fact that stronghold of security boots don't disappear after dying anymore.
Overall it's about 1 hour of skill-hopping between like 8 hours of hill giants, 2 hours of obor, 1 hour of telegrabbing, and 3 hours of superheating. If you can maintain 1:1 at each skilling location then this averages out to like 0.93:1 EHP per hour. This number slowly approaches 1:1 if you do this combat smith cycle with larger law rune stacks. I think kelarotta1 would stack like 4k laws and do two hop-limits at wildy nats (first at night, sleep, 2nd in the morning). Anymore than that and you're limited by hops.
After superheating you can just sell the last couple platebodies you made at the dwarven general store for plenty of gp to buy the chronicle back. If not I advise holding onto a couple of arrow drops to sell to that general store to make up the difference.
If you were good at item-drop superheat you could hold onto the noted limpwurt roots from Obor until you get back to hill giants. That would cut down on some prep time.
Runite rocks and wildy nats can be a bit busy during weekend evenings, be advised. If you die while mining runite you can the bronze pickaxe from lumby castle and try again, you'll just have to use a furnace for the rune bars. You'll also have to get the chronicle back which is a pain. Luckily it's pretty easy to come up with 300 gp even in f2p.
I recommend using a 750 total world when making strength pots, since random noobs might come by and steal spider eggs / limpwurt roots.
It's pretty much always cheaper to superheat with a staff than it is to buy all the fire runes, even with the ones you get at hill giants. However you'll save weight if you use runes instead of the staff.
