A very VERY obscure Japanese Video CD from 1998 that I picked up for around £2. Released as a Digital Magazine, "Disc Magazine i" acts literally as such with video (MPEG) and visual content, given away for free. More information can be found further down in the description box, but this video is for the Dreamcast content found on the disc.
Playlist/Timecodes:

Further Disc Information:
The disc itself seems to have been given away for free in/was sponsored by "Lawson" convenience stores in Japan (Conbini). It came in a cardboard sleeve (displaying the contents) with the disc being held (poorly) in a plastic pouch inside.
It was also seemingly sponsored by "Walkers Net", and perhaps the website on the disc was even designed by them. They seem to have also made a special issue of their own "Game Walker" magazine called "Dreamcast Walker" for January of 1999 which is advertised on the HTML website on the disc.
Planning & Production was done by "Hitachi Media Pro" and Publishing was done by Kadokawa Shoten.
Content is delivered in the form of webpages related to the video content, which plays at the same time using Quicktime. I found it extremely difficult to find information on this disc.
Of course, this disc was made for PC and Macintosh systems of the era (1998) and as such, most of the features of the disc aren't compatible with modern systems... but, all of the videos and even the web pages on the disc all still work!
One of the special things about this disc (and the main reason I bought it) is that it has a special feature on the Dreamcast launch in Japan. Given that this is the case, there is some pre-release content to be seen, so it's quite the treat for Dreamcast fans!
Other content on the disc includes trailers for Movies (Japanese and western), Interviews with Japanese celebrities, behind the scenes content, commercials and a software feature.
Please do not complain about the quality. This is compressed MPEG-1 video from the late 90s, and is then further upscaled to try and retain quality due to YouTube's shitty compression for 240p content... and then YouTube adds compression on top of that. Wild!
