I’ve trained as a goalkeeper for years… but nothing comes close to this. Out in Lanzarote 🇪🇸, a Spanish coach put me through the hardest session I’ve ever experienced — and honestly, I wasn’t ready for it. No breaks. No easy reps. No mercy. Every drill was full speed, under pressure, and when fatigue kicked in… that’s when it got even harder. By the end, I was completely finished. This is what elite goalkeeper training really looks like — not just making saves, but executing perfectly when you’re exhausted, staying sharp under pressure, and pushing past your limits.
