THE REMINDER SYSTEM COVERS • A heads-up 1–3 days before payment is due • A reminder on the due date • A follow-up when payment is 7–13 days late • A manual follow-up flag at 14 or more days late Mark an invoice Paid or pause its reminders using a checkbox. TEST BEFORE GOING LIVE Use only email addresses you control for your first test. Leave the automatic trigger off until you have checked the results. Enter amounts as numbers, then apply currency formatting. The supplied amount-safe script stops a run if an invoice eligible for sending has an invalid amount. Keep the reminder-tracking columns intact between runs and avoid overlapping manual and scheduled runs. The repeat-run demonstration is not a guarantee against every possible duplicate-send scenario. Demo dates adjust relative to today. Use fixed due dates for real invoices. Check payments, replies, and execution errors yourself; the script does not detect payments automatically.
