🌱Phase 2 Bamboo Planting at Mahinda Rajapaksha College | Zero Plastic Society's Final Green Mission🍃

Today marks the successful completion of Phase 2 of the Zero Plus Society Bamboo Planting Project at Mahinda Rajapaksha College, Matara. 🌱 This project was carried out in two phases: ✅ Phase 1 Environmental awareness session Campus clean-up program Beginning of the bamboo planting initiative ✅ Phase 2 Final bamboo planting activity Students and volunteers worked together to plant bamboo saplings and contribute to a greener future. Bamboo is one of the fastest-growing plants in the world and plays an important role in protecting the environment by reducing soil erosion, improving biodiversity, and absorbing carbon dioxide. Every plant we grow is a step toward a cleaner and healthier future. A big thank you to all the students, volunteers, teachers, and everyone who supported this project.
