How To Play Russian Destroyers (Ft. Delny) | World of Warships: Legends

I've seen various people around the community saying they're struggling with Delny. I suspect this is because they're treating Delny, and Russian DDs generally, more like conventional destroyers -- for example, the USN DDs. But the Russian DDs are not like conventional DDs and shouldn't be played as such, in my humble opinion. Instead, they're much more like tiny little agile cruisers. #wowslegends #xarkun
