Then we sat down together and enjoyed our meal with local yogurt drink (doogh), fresh bread, onions, and herbs. ❤️ After lunch, we went out into nature and picked beautiful wild chamomile flowers. 🌼 We made fresh chamomile tea and enjoyed it surrounded by the peaceful beauty of nature. ☕🌿 🌼 Chamomile tea has traditionally been used for relaxation, supporting better sleep, and soothing some digestive discomfort such as bloating and indigestion.
