Alice in Wonderland Junk Journal - A Mrs. Cog Design Team Project

Hi everyone! In today's video, I have a flip through of a brand new junk journal I just created to share. This is a project for Mrs. Cog's Design Team! I'll have all links for you below. This journal is for sale in my Etsy shop here: https://www.etsy.com/listing/73457455... This journal is a hardbound journal made from scratch with chipboard and is covered in fabric. It has four signatures, each with 15 pages, so that's a total, front and back, of over 240 pages. All pages have been tea dyed in hot tea, baked in the oven, then ironed. The signatures are sewn in using the pamphlet stitch and a hidden binding system. The journal measures 9x5 with a 2 1/2" spine. It is full of beautiful illustrations from Alice in Wonderland, ephemera, pockets, paper clips, extensive bead work, fabric tabs, lace, washi tape, etc. I have done a lot of stitching with my sewing machine throughout this journal. Lots of images are stitched onto the pages, some even have burlap or canvas stitched behind them. I have stenciled on all of the pages. There are also book pages from two separate Alice in Wonderland illustrated story books that I purchased at a used book store.
