Giovanna is growing into her own little person, I’ve changed physically and emotionally, and Dominic and I have had to learn how to navigate this new life together. In this video, I’m sharing a real and honest 7-month update as a first-time mom — from Giovanna’s personality, milestones, sleep and eating, to my postpartum body journey, mindset, identity, and what motherhood has really been like for me. I’m also opening up about what it’s been like for Dominic and me as parents — the beautiful moments, the challenges, and how our relationship has changed since becoming a family of three.
