Affordable grow lights that work! These simple shop lights are all you need to grow successful seedlings inside the home. Keep this particular type of bulb consistently 2-3 inches above the seedlings and move them up as the seedlings grow. Everything in this video can be found at a large hardware store. I purchased my wire rack at Target - but I have seen similar ones at the hardware store also.
