Kalamay with Latik
Ingredients:
To make Latik:
2 big cans of coconut cream
For the Dough:
4 cups glutinous rice flour
4 tbsps. Sugar
2 1/2 cup of water
For Syrup ( Arnibal )
2 cups water
2 cups granulated sugar
2 cups jackfruit (langka)
Pandan leaves (optional)
