Training: DektakXT Stylus Profiler Dr. Ole Göbel will give an in-depth training about the most advanced instrument for nanometer-level film, step and surface measurements needed to power future advances. Dr. Ole Göbel received his Diploma in Mineralogy, from the University of Kiel, Germany and his Ph.D. from the University of Groningen, Netherlands; with research on patterned ceramic thin films from organic precursor solutions. Since 2011, he is currently the Field Service Engineer at Bruker Nanosurface Division, Karlsruhe, Germany; servicing AFMs, tribometers, profilometers, organizing user trainings for AFMs and profilometers.
