What if the person you think you are… isn't who you really are? Every day, we experience life as if we're separate from everything around us. There is “me” in here, and there is a world “out there.” But what if that separation is an illusion? In this video, we explore **Advaita Vedanta**, an ancient Indian philosophy built around one radical idea: **not two**. Through the ideas of **Atman, Brahman, Maya, and Jnana**, we explore what happens when you question the boundary between yourself and the universe. You'll encounter three simple but powerful metaphors: 🌊 *The Wave and the Ocean* — What if you were never separate from what surrounds you? 🐍 *The Rope and the Snake* — How can something that isn't real still create very real fear? 🎬 *The Screen and the Movie* — What if your thoughts, emotions, successes, failures, and suffering are experiences appearing in awareness rather than the entirety of who you are? This isn't about escaping reality or pretending that life doesn't matter. It's about asking a deeper question: *Who are you underneath the story you've been telling yourself?* If this video made you question something you previously took for granted, share your thoughts in the comments.
