Lead investigator Officer Wescott testifies in a preliminary hearing for co-defendants, Brandon Barnes, Kendall Mims and Victoria Tippett who are charged in the death of Jessica Barnes. Investigators believe Jessica Barnes was strangled to death in Aug. 2024. Her remains were found a month later in Pickens County, South Carolina. Her husband, Brandon Barnes, is charged with her murder.
