I ALWAYS get so many questions about my nails both on YouTube, Instagram (@jessicaharlow) & IRL! People are always shocked to hear that my nails are press-ons (or sometimes a mix of my natural grown out nails and some press-ons haha!) because they look like they’re either mine or professionally done at a salon. I’m a fanatic and perfectionist about nails so I thought I’d share some of my secrets to a perfect manicure with you. No acrylic powders, no crazy artistic talents required. Ain’t nobody got time for that! Best of all, it’s CHEAP AF and will save you TONS of $$. Simple tips anyone can learn. PS — Practice makes perfect! Seche Vite Dry Fast Top Coat :: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00... TO REMOVE: I use this bottle of 100% acetone (also makes simply removing nail polish on natural nails so easy! Minimal to no staining left behind by reds and darker shades!) https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00... just cut the nails down to where your natural length is, then soak a cotton ball in acetone and keep rubbing until the plastic is dissolved. Work one nail at a time. Or, you can take a small **GLASS* dish, any cheap one from the dollar store is fine just make sure it's not plastic as well otherwise it'll melt the bowl too! Haha And soak one hand in there at a time, pulling out every few minutes to wipe off residue with a paper towel. But honestly, I prefer the cotton ball method. It's faster, less messy, and just plain easier.
