It´s very easy to make. When I want to make this recipe, I always ask in the fish market to prepare the fish for this recipe: no head and no guts. NOTE: REMOVE THE EXCESS OF SALT FROM FISH BEFORE COOKING. As a side dish I usually make an Algarve salad made my way with sweet potato.
