Commanding Hall 21 with its clean, purpose-built delivery van silhouette—highlighted by a raked aerodynamic front windscreen, an illuminated horizontal daytime running light bar, low-mounted LED projector headlight units, wrap-around matte black protective lower body moldings, flush glazed passenger windows, and a wide curbside sliding door—the E-VALI looks sleek and modern. Beneath the floor sits BYD’s signature 80.64 kWh Blade Battery pack, utilizing lithium iron phosphate (LFP) chemistry engineered for extreme thermal stability, puncture resistance, and extended cycle life. It delivers a reliable WLTP operating range between 220 and 250 km, easily extending beyond 300 km during typical low-speed urban parcel drops. Powertrain flexibility is a major asset: fleets can specify a single-motor rear-wheel-drive setup producing 150 kW (204 PS), or opt for an all-wheel-drive dual-motor layout generating a combined 250 kW (340 PS) to tackle steep winter routes with complete confidence. Recharging during route turnaround is rapid thanks to 188 kW DC fast-charging capability, taking the Blade Battery from 10% to 80% state of charge in roughly 30 minutes, alongside 11 kW and 22 kW AC charging for overnight depot charging.
