Can a Pro with 999 PING Beat a Plat in Rocket League?

I got a pro Rocket League player and sent his servers across the world. Every round, he will face different ranks and his lag will get worse and worse. At the end, I'll put his server's on the moon and give him 999 ping. Can our pro handle it and win the money? Or will he fail? Want chances to be in a video?
