If God gave you everything you asked for right now, your raw, unrefined character would ruin the very blessing He plans to give you. Sometimes, He is using the heat of the fire to burn away the pride, the fear, and the compromise that cannot stay in you. He has to build your character first. Stand firm in the furnace.
