High Collaboration - High Student Achievement

We’re celebrating a powerful example of collaborative learning and instructional leadership at work in Bethel. With the support of Daryl Michel, the Co-Author of Student-Focused Coaching, a team of Bethel first grade teachers, elementary principals, literacy coaches, and equity coordinators came together to engage in a collaborative lesson study cycle—a process focused on deepening our understanding of effective instruction and building leadership and coaching capacity across the district.
